SUPPORTING THE FA'S GROUND-BREAKING LET GIRLS PLAY CAMPAIGN

Every girl should have the right to play football. It seems so obvious doesn’t it?

It’s been an honour to support The FA's ground-breaking Let Girls Play campaign. When our incredible Lionesses lifted the UEFA Women’s EURO, they used the power of their victory to make this right a reality, and advance the journey to change girls football forever.

Wednesday’s Government announcement that girls will be given the same access to football in schools is a game-changer. It’s a powerful example of what happens when sport is used as a force for good.

On International Women’s Day, we were on the ground at ‘Let Girls Play Biggest Ever Football Sessions’ events in London, Birmingham and Manchester, as a phenomenal 285,000 girls took part in this celebration of equal participation.

From the BBC News at 6 to Stylist, and everywhere in-between, the story dominated the news agenda. Huge congratulations to everyone involved at The FA, especially  Rebecca Lewin who was been a driving force in making this campaign a reality.
